3

Settle into the rhythm

Live classes at the same time each week, with make-up support if you miss one.

Why this camp

A healthier summer rhythm without adding another commute.

Yathastu's kids yoga camp is built for families who want children to move, stretch, breathe, and reset during the summer break.

Each live class blends yoga poses, balance work, breath awareness, short mindfulness moments, and playful movement suitable for children.

Body Balance

Age-appropriate stretches and poses that support flexibility, posture, coordination, and strength.

Calm Focus

Simple breathing and mindfulness routines children can use before study, sleep, or busy days.

Confidence

Small groups help children participate, ask questions, and feel comfortable learning at their own pace.

Our story

Teaching kids yoga live online since 2022.

Yathastu started with a simple belief: children learn best when a real teacher can see them, correct gently, and keep the class moving. Four years on, that is still how every class runs — live, in small groups, never a recording.

  • Teacher leads warm-up, poses, breathing, and closing relaxation.
  • Child joins from home with a mat and comfortable clothes.
  • Parent receives the class link and reminders by email.
  • Parents can ask questions before enrolling.

Free first class

Not sure yet? Book a free first class.

Your child joins one live class free, no payment needed. Send your details and we will confirm the timing by email — if your child loves it, you enroll for the remaining weeks.

We reply to every email within 24 hours.

We use parent contact details only to respond to class inquiries, schedule trials, and share enrollment information. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Questions parents ask

Before you book.

The camp already started — can my child still join?

Yes. Kids join mid-batch every week. You pay a prorated price for the weeks remaining (shown on the pricing cards above), and the first class can be a free trial. If we agreed a different amount with you directly, you can pay it on our payment page.

What does my child need for class?

A yoga mat, comfortable clothes, water, and a stable internet connection. A quiet space with room to stretch is enough.

Are these classes live or recorded?

The camp is taught live online. Class links and joining details are shared after batch confirmation.

How many children are in one batch?

We keep group batches small, with up to 12 students, so the teacher can provide attention during class.

Can siblings join together?

Yes. Share each child's age when you contact us, and we will suggest the best batch option.

What if we miss a class?

Make-up class support is available where possible, depending on batch availability and schedule.
